Not only do we want you to be satisfied when the job is completed, we want to offer you protection for your home for years to come. Our warranty comes in 3, 5 and 10 years on our exterior painting services give you peace of mind that your paint will look great and protect your home for many years to come.
All you need to do is call our office if there is peeling, blistering or chipping paint resulting from defective workmanship during the duration of your warranty – we will send out one of our crew to fix the issue (fading is not covered).
Bronze Package – 3-Year Warranty
- Dunn Edwards Spartashield 100% Acrylic
- Sherwin-Williams A-100 100% Acrylic
Our BRONZE package includes a 3-year warranty on the exterior of your home. With this package you can choose from two quality paints that are both 100% Acrylic and will provide a great finished look when we are done. These paints will typically have a 6-7 year life span* until your home will need to be repainted again. While this is the most economical package we offer, we want to be clear that these are still quality paints and are not the contractor or “cheap” paint you sometimes see other painting companies using. This package is a great option if you will be moving within the next 5 years or less.
Silver Package – 5-Year Warranty
- Dunn Edwards Evershield 100% Acrylic
- Sherwin-Williams SuperPaint 100% Acrylic
Our SILVER package includes a 5-year warranty on the exterior of your home. To be able to offer a longer warranty we will upgrade your exterior paint to a higher quality 100% acrylic paint from either Dunn Edwards or Sherwin-Williams. When properly applied, these paints have an approximate life of 7-9 years* before your home will need to be repainted again. This package is a great option if you are not planning on moving for the next 7-8 years. Upgrading to our SILVER package will save the average homeowner $88 per year on an annualized basis.
Gold Package – 7-Year Warranty

Our PLATINUM package is hands down the best warranty option in Arizona, we will warranty your paint job for a full 10 years! We recommend the PLATINUM package if you don’t plan on selling in the foreseeable future. We will upgrade your paint to Sherwin-Williams Duration paints. It is a self-priming product and dries at nearly 2x the thickness of the paints in our 5 Year SILVER warranty package. Upgrading your paint project to our PLATINUM package will save the average homeowner nearly $189 per year versus going with the less expensive option.
