When you hire us to tackle your next painting project, here is what to expect through all phases. Every step is in place to ensure quality and to make the process easy and simple for you.
The first step in beginning any painting project is the estimate. Once you contact us, we will schedule an exact time to come and view your project. Our estimator will show up on time – we know you have a busy schedule. A walk-through of the job site will be performed and they will ask a series of questions to ensure they understand the results you are trying to achieve. Before they leave, you will get a written estimate, along with references. There is no pressure to commit; just an exchange of information.
Once you decide that the Nevada Painting Company is the best choice to complete your project, you can call to schedule a date to begin. We strictly adhere to our schedule and deadlines – unless you need to delay a project, we will begin on the day we agreed upon. When you book your project, we typically will collect a deposit. If a color consultation is needed, it can be scheduled at this point. You will receive a confirmation/reminder from us by phone or email (your preference) about one week before the start date.
Day one of your painting project will begin with one of our crews arriving at your home or business to begin preparing the site. Our teams typically arrive between 7:30-8:30 am to begin work for the day. The foreman will meet with you to review the specifications of the job and to answer any questions you have. Our crews usually consist of a foreman and 1- 2 painters – all have passed background, drug and e-verify scans before they are hired to work for us.
Our management team follows up with every crew daily on the status and progress on their projects. We hold our teams accountable to stay on schedule and maintain the highest standards of quality. Periodically we perform on-site visits to check quality and performance to ensure we maintain these high standards.
When the project is completed, the foreman of your crew will do a final inspection with you before we even begin to load up our equipment. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied before we have you sign off on the completed work and collect the final payment. You will also receive a quality survey from our crew which we encourage our clients to fill out to let us know of any areas that we could improve upon.
When the job is completed, expect all equipment, trash and anything brought to the site by our crew to be removed. You will be left with a beautifully painted interior or exterior without any remnants left from our crew.
All our work is guaranteed, so even after the job is done, feel free to call us with any concerns. Our painting jobs have a warranty of up to 10 years, depending on the type of project. Our goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied at the completion of the job and well into the future.
